The GO Work Wireless On-Ear Headset Gen 2 Black is a work headset built for calls and audio across laptops, phones, and tablets, with Bluetooth multipoint support and a boom mic for clearer calls. It connects over Bluetooth, a 2.4GHz USB-C dongle, or a wired connection, and ships in a single black colorway.

Bluetooth multipoint keeps the headset connected to two devices at once, letting one headset serve a laptop and a phone side by side without disconnecting and reconnecting between calls.

A boom mic with 2-mic environmental noise canceling picks up voice while reducing background sound on calls. A quick mute button and hear yourself mic monitoring let the wearer mute instantly and check their own mic level without ending the call.

Sound can be adjusted through 3 EQ presets, and a voice and music mode switches the audio profile automatically depending on whether the wearer is on a call or listening to music.

The headset connects over Bluetooth 5.3 with SBC and AAC codec support and a 30+ foot range, or over a 2.4GHz USB-C dongle for the fastest, most stable connection when Bluetooth isn’t an option. Wired playback is also supported for devices without Bluetooth. Latency runs under 200ms in Movie Mode and over 200ms in Music mode, with 50ms latency over the dongle connection.

The headset pairs with the JLab App for custom EQ, custom button controls, noise control settings, hear yourself settings, music and movie mode switching, safe hearing limits, and over-the-air firmware updates.

The headset measures 7.01 inches tall, 7.01 inches long, and 2.72 inches wide, and weighs 147 grams total.
