As someone who's struggled with carpal tunnel for years, I've tried countless ergonomic mouse pads, only to be disappointed. This one, however, is a game-changer.

This large mouse pad (17.3"L x 3.14"W) has completely changed my work experience. I used to think smaller was better, but this larger design is surprisingly effective. It supports my entire forearm, allowing it to rest comfortably and stay in place. The slight rise in the middle provides consistent support, allowing my hand to move naturally without losing contact. This eliminates the constant repositioning I experienced with previous pads.

The dense memory foam provides excellent comfort and support, and the water-resistant cover makes cleaning a breeze, which is great for daily use. The pad stays securely in place due to its weight. There's a peel-off film on the bottom. I haven't removed it as the pad stays put perfectly well, but I'm unsure of its intended purpose.

After just a few days of use, I've noticed a significant reduction in my wrist pain. I can now work for hours without the nagging discomfort I used to experience. The mouse glides smoothly over the surface, providing support without restricting motion.

I've probably purchased six or seven different ergonomic mouse pads in the last two years, and this one is by far my favorite. It offers the perfect support and dimensions to keep my arm and wrist properly aligned, while also providing enough room to move my mouse freely.

Final Thoughts:

If you're serious about finding relief from carpal tunnel, this mouse pad is worth every penny. It's the best I've used, and I highly recommend it.
