I needed these to replace longer cords that would tangle. I’ve used them with a small battery bank in my hoodie pocket and in the car for apple car play. They work as expected.
The ends click in well into the iPad and iPhone, and seems snug enough to not fall out. I can hold the cord with my phone attached to the end.
The end covers that say SUNGUY are aluminum which is a nice touch, and the almost tacky rubber strain relief boot has enough flex to keep mechanical stresses low. It should increase the life of the cord.
The fabric is a nice touch, I just wish it didn’t use such a fine weave. My cords that use a fine weave fabric eventually get fluffy, but it shouldn’t affect the use.
I measured the cord minus the silver plugs to find it is exactly 1 foot long as stated.
So far I’d actually purchase these due to the cost vs utility. They do what they say they do and I think they will hold up just fine. So I can recommend these.
Also, I accidentally washed one. I dried on air purifier top. Works!

Good utility, anodized aluminum connector shell, actually a foot long.

(Yes, I know it's past time for an upgrade, but my phone is still working great lol). My only complaint is that the cord is superrrrrr short. It barely comes out from my middle console compartment, where my USB port is located. So there's no using your phone while it's on this charger, but I can scroll on it while it lays flat on my middle console area. Charging speed isn't as fast as my wall plug-in lightening chargers, but works faster than my oldest "regular" charger. An inbetween speed that works well to keep my phone from dying in the car.

The Sunguy usb A to lightning looks like it will last a very long time. It has a braided cord firmly connected to the jacks Usb A and lightning. I cannot count the lightning connectors that have literally just fallen apart on me. The cord i am using now is disintegrating on me as i am using it. The sunguy connector will last forever. The cord is small, only 1 foot which is fine for my purposes.
This cord is fine and sturdy and should last longer than your iphone and its good insurance against the day when lightning cordss are no longer available. For only $7.99 (at Amazon) you might want to have these cords available for when you need them.

I couldn't locate the charging cable to be able to fully show her, so I found this one and ordered it.
They arrived quickly, packaged in a compact box and neatly rolled up in said box. I quickly plugged in the ipod and it charged very quickly. We have used it to load a few songs she likes on to it and it seemed to transfer quickly.
These have been great cables, doing exactly what they're advertised to do with our ipod nano and has also given my daughter and I a bit of a bonding experience over somewhat older technology.
